Journées européennes du patrimoine, Balade culturelle à Torcy

Come and take part in an 8km cultural walk through the history of Torcy.
Let Mr Saunier, a former local teacher, tell you all about Torcy. He'll guide you from the church in the old town to the Collège des Épontôts, via the rotunda, the lake and the residence. The walk will be enhanced by cultural installations created by Torcy residents with the help of visual artist Patrice Mortier.
Departure from the church at 10am.
Registration is required at the Maison des Familles for the storytelling walk. Please bring suitable footwear and a picnic lunch, which will be served at the Maison des Familles.

This walk can also be done without a guide, with a staggered free departure between 10am and 12pm, from the church in the old town, where you will be given a map and a road-book with all the directions and explanations.
A snack will be offered on arrival at the Collège des Épontôts at 2pm, to celebrate its 50th anniversary.
