Exposition Christine Busso à la BU du Creusot

This autumn, the Creusot campus of the Université Bourgogne Europe is opening the doors of its University Library to the poetic and sensitive world of Creusot artist Christine Busso. Her works will also be on display at the Christian Bobin Media Library.

From 9 September to 15 October 2025, her paintings will be presented simultaneously in the two venues, each offering a complementary selection, to enable the public to discover the full richness and diversity of her artistic universe. Christine Busso, who died in 2008, used to say: "I don't paint much in the pictorial sense, I write great dream texts". Rich and eclectic, her work continues to touch us with its strength and delicacy.

This double exhibition is also part of the 2025 European Heritage Days programme, and will feature a number of special events:
- Tuesday 16 September from 6.30pm to 8.30pm, opening of the exhibition at the University Library;
- Sunday 21 September from 2pm to 6pm, when the University Library will be exceptionally open as part of the
as part of the European Heritage Days;
- Wednesday 24 September from 7.30am, discovery breakfast at the University Library around the works of art.
