5.8 km route (duration approx. 1h30)

OUTDOOR YOGA SESSION
Start the day with a moment of well-being and relaxation by the pond with Elaïne Garcia Alves (sophrologist and yoga teacher) / From 10.15 am
Equipment required: yoga mat and brick (optional)

Catered menu LE TERROIR by Chef Guillaume TISSIER, bookable at the Tourist Office:
- Pâté en croûte de cochon de Bourgogne (organic flour from Givry)
- Sandwich-style gougère (homemade ham & creamy Comté cheese)
- Finger of Saint-Vallier goat's cheese (chives & gingerbread)
- Bourguizienne with pink pralines (blackcurrant bud mousseline)
- 1 bottle of water (50 cl)
