LES ATELIERS COCKTAILS DU CASSISSIUM

The Cassissium's cocktail workshops are introductory sessions to mixology, with a presentation of the equipment and basic bar techniques. Two cocktails are also described in detail, with participants making their own and then tasting them. Finally, as a team, the mixologists for a night will have to create their own unique cocktail from a selection of imposed products. A panel of judges will select the cocktail of the evening.
An assortment of appetisers will be served during the workshop.
