Manière, une fille simple - Compagnie À l'envers de soi

Myriam, nicknamed Manière, is a "simple" girl, as they say. As a nurse's aide in an old people's home run by Poor Clares in the Jura, she wins the sympathy of the staff and residents. Her need to be loved makes her give in to the whims of Jas, the gardener. Burdened with a terrible secret, Manière builds a dream life for herself in the pages of magazines that were not yet called "people" in the 1950s.
