In a village garden, there is a very large tree. In a nest perched on the tree, a family of thrushes live with their young chicks. Next to the garden, a little mouse lives in her little house. And everything would be just fine in this pretty village if it weren't for that big, bad cat who's always on the prowl... In "Et les souris dansent...", children discover puppetry, shadow theatre, music, song and acting.
