    The Evolution of the Saddle
From the rabbit hutch to industrial farming, from the invasive species that has destroyed numerous ecosystems to the survivors of Kerguelen, from the one sent into space in 1959 by the Russians to the victims of the serial killer in the Côtes d’Armor, from the soft toys that cheerfully perch on our children’s beds to those we will eventually eat and drink as plastic rains down, rabbits never cease to challenge the limits of our world. Burdened with numerous ills, have they become one of the signs of the planet’s poor health, a marker of the processes of impoverishment and extinction of life, and ultimately of their own kind?

“Or how the rabbit raises some truly fascinating questions that help us understand all sorts of things about today’s world.”
(Homo sapiens, ecology, the virus and the interlude)
