Journées européennes du patrimoine : découverte de la tour et son musée, de l'église et de la chapelle Saint-Ploto

Come and explore the priory church and the Tower of Saint-Sernin-du-Bois, along with its museum, in the village!
- Self-guided tour of the museum on the ground floor, including a circular video projection. A fascinating historical overview across its three sections: palaeontology, archaeology and ethnology!
- Model room on the second floor of the keep: enjoy a continuous video and music installation about a still that stood in the village for decades and has now disappeared, alongside an exhibition of old photographs.
- Archives room on the third level of the keep: an exhibition of paintings and sketches by Raymond Rochette, as well as a digital easel displaying the artist’s numerous digitised works.

Also, as you leave the village, head to the hamlet of Gamay to explore the Saint-Ploto Chapel, which is open for the occasion. There, you can listen to the history of the site and its legends, set to music.
