Passionate about nature and hiking, Christelle welcomes you to a lovely "nineties" style house with the look of a traditional farmhouse (built in the 90s), very carefully renovated and restyled, nestled on the edge of a lane, in a peaceful residential area (a stone's throw from a municipal playground offering many children's games), bordering the picturesque shopping town center of Montchanin with its "old-world charm", a "working-class" town steeped in history (with a rich "coal" industrial past of which some traces remain), nestled "on the banks" of the famous Canal du Centre alongside the Voie verte (a navigable route to discover also during relaxing boat trips) as well as the RCEA (with direct access for easy exploration), equipped with many amenities (and a supermarket located 2 km away) as well as leisure facilities (including an indoor swimming pool).
